With reference to Your Lordship's despatch

No.574 of the 20th December, 1919, I have the honour to

recommend that the bonus of $100 a month granted to Captain

Taylour while performing the greater part of the duties of Assistant Harbour Master în addition to his own with respect

to the year 1919 be continued for the period of the current year up to the date of his leaving the Colony (29th May).

If Your Lordship approves of this grant, I

should be glad if instructions could be given to the Crown Agents for the Colonies to make payment to Captain Taylour accordingly.
